Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer or transit damage. We also reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition to damage or misuse by the client. Cancellation
We understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled. If an order is cancelled prior to delivery, a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the order will be charged to cover administrative costs. The cancellation fees for goods not yet in production, goods in production, goods in transit from the supplier, and cash on delivery orders that have been delivered vary and are outlined in our policies. Please note that orders delivered cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, in which case they will be replaced.
