Return Policy

Returns Policy for Prestige Home and Decor (Pty) Ltd

At Prestige Home and Decor, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, to maintain a smooth operational process while also protecting our business interests, we have established the following returns policy:

1. General Policy**
All sales of furniture items are final. We encourage customers to thoroughly consider their purchases before finalizing their orders. Should a product arrive damaged or defective, please refer to the specific guidelines below.

2. Damaged or Defective Items**
- In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- To be eligible for a return due to damage or defects, customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue.
- Returns will be accepted solely for damaged or defective products, and we reserve the right to assess the reported damage before proceeding with a replacement or repair.

3. Return Process
- To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at uzertai@gmail.com
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items**
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or specially ordered furniture.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Clearance, Marked Down and/or sale items.

5. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any returned items as part of our inventory management process.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only for approved returns of damaged or defective items and will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned product.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled. If an order is cancelled prior to delivery, a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the order will be charged to cover administrative costs. The cancellation fees for goods not yet in production, goods in production, goods in transit from the supplier, and cash on delivery orders that have been delivered vary and are outlined in our policies. Please note that orders delivered cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, in which case they will be replaced.  

Production Goods 

  • Goods not yet in Production - 10% Cancellation Fee  

  • Goods in production - 100% Cancellation Fee
